Job summary

Atoms is seeking a visionary General Manager for our Risk & Insurance team in Dallas. You’ll oversee auto liability, workers’ compensation, general liability and EPL claims, guiding both internal and external teams while driving aggressive cost-mitigation strategies.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll partner with insurance brokers and carrier partners to align strategy with risk tolerance and business goals. This is a high-impact, tech-forward leadership role in a fast-growing mobility-focused

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, insurance, or claims leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive comprehensive claims strategy for rideshare operations and corporate programs.
• Ensure end-to-end claim management aligns with financial objectives and risk tolerance.
• Oversee external claims team, carrier landscape, and cost-mitigation strategies.
• Use RMIS data to spot trends and provide decision-ready insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Safety, and Legal to reduce long-term cost of risk.
• Mentor and scale a multi-faceted Claims organization across FNOL, Care, QA and Advocacy.
