Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions Corporation seeks a Corporate Risk & Claims Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of workers’ compensation, auto liability, and general liability claims. You will partner with executive leadership and external TPAs, brokers, and carriers to mitigate risk and influence cost structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing Workers’ Compensation, Corporate Risk, or Commercial Claims.
• Understanding of Workers’ Compensation laws/regulations; knowledge of auto and general liability claims processes.
• Vendor management with TPAs, brokers, and carriers.
• Ability to dissect loss runs, interpret reserve reports, and translate data into risk-reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and General Liability claims from intake to resolution.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external partners (TPA Sedgwick, Broker Alliant, carriers, and legal) for claims.
• Monitor and challenge claim reserves and pursue cost-saving opportunities through subrogation and settlements.
• Analyze claims data and dashboards to identify risk trends and drive preventive actions.
• Prepare high-level summaries for executive reviews and coordinate with Corporate Finance on reserves and exposure reporting.
• Facilitate the integration of acquired companies into LES’s insurance and risk framework (M&A support).
• Oversee COI process, renewal marketing, asset recovery coordination, and safety data maintenance.
