Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress. We are seeking a visionary General Manager for our Risk and Insurance team in Dallas, overseeing auto liability, workers’ compensation, General Liability, and EPL claims.

You will lead internal and external claims teams, optimize cost-mitigation, and act as a strategic liaison with brokers and carriers. Our team values data-driven insight and cross-functional collaboration to reduce long-term risk.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, insurance, or claims leadership.
• Direct experience managing Auto Liability claims required.
• Significant experience handling claims in Florida and California required.
• Demonstrated ability leading broker and carrier negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, MBA, or advanced insurance designations are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the comprehensive claims strategy for rideshare operations and corporate programs.
• Oversee claims providers, SLAs, audits, and accountability for external partners.
• Provide strategic consultation on high-exposure casualty claims with Legal counsel.
• Leverage RMIS and data to identify loss trends and inform leadership before reserves are impacted.
• Act as liaison between Claims, Product, Engineering, Safety, and Legal to support policy changes.
• Lead and grow a resilient Claims organization across FNOL, Customer Care, QA, and Advocacy.
