Breakwater Capital Markets is seeking a senior leader to serve as Head of Advisory, responsible for setting strategic direction, accelerating growth, and leading the delivery of our capital markets advisory business. 15+ years of relevant experience in capital markets advisory or related fields.
Demonstrated senior leadership responsibility and executive presence.
Strong understanding of public equity markets, investor behavior, and valuation.
Proven ability to originate business and build enduring client relationships.
Strong strategic judgment and ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the strategic direction of Breakwater Capital Markets' advisory business.
Build and scale a premium advisory platform with market expertise and investor intelligence.
Oversee development of equity narratives, investor engagement, and market-facing events.
Set standards of excellence in strategic thinking, client service, and execution.
Drive commercial growth, new capabilities, and differentiated market positioning.
Lead and develop a high-performing advisory team and contribute to firm strategy.
