• Extensive capital markets advisory experience and leadership.
• Ability to counsel CEOs, CFOs, boards, and senior leaders on market-facing opportunities.
• Proven track record in developing equity narratives and investor communications.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the strategic direction of Breakwater Capital Markets’ advisory business.
• Lead senior client counsel to CEOs, CFOs, boards, and IR leaders on market perceptions and value creation.
• Oversee Investor Day mandates and investor-facing engagements with rigorous analysis.
• Drive commercial growth through new client origination and expansion of existing relationships.
• Build and retain a high-performing advisory team and nurture talent.
• Establish standards of excellence and contribute to firm-wide strategic development.
