You will lead senior client relationships with CEOs and CFOs, originate high-value engagements, and build a market-leading advisory platform. The role requires deep financial and strategic judgment, a track record of leadership, and the ability to scale the team across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in capital markets advisory or related fields.
• Proven track record advising CEOs, CFOs, boards, and executive teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic direction of the advisory business.
• Build and scale a premium advisory platform with equity narrative and investor intelligence.
• Oversee advisory capabilities across investment narratives and investor engagement.
• Set standards of excellence and mentor high-performing teams.
• Drive business development and client origination.
• Represent Breakwater externally on market strategy and value creation.
