• 15+ years of relevant experience with senior leadership responsibility in capital markets advisory or related fields.
• Proven track record advising CEOs, CFOs, boards, and senior executives on high-stakes matters.
• Deep understanding of public equity markets, investor behavior, valuation, and corporate strategy.
• Experience developing equity narratives and advising on investor communications.
• Originating new business, building senior client relationships, and growing advisory offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the strategic direction of Breakwater Capital Markets' advisory business.
• Build and scale a premium advisory platform with integrated insights and communications.
• Oversee development of equity narrative, investor engagement, and market-facing events.
• Set standards for analytic rigor, senior-level counsel, and client service.
• Drive commercial growth, client origination, and expansion of advisory capabilities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with CEOs, CFOs, boards, and Investor Relations leaders.
