Breakwater Capital Markets is seeking a transformative Head of Advisory to lead a premier, market-facing advisory franchise. You will counsel CEOs, CFOs and boards on capital markets strategy, investor communications and value creation, shaping narratives and engaging investors worldwide.

The role requires 15+ years in senior capital markets advisory, a proven business-builder mindset, and the ability to scale an elite advisory practice with exceptional client service and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in capital markets advisory, financial communications, investor relations or related fields.
• Experience advising CEOs, CFOs, boards and senior leadership on market-facing opportunities and challenges.
• Proven ability to build and scale a premium advisory platform with strong client development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Breakwater Capital Markets advisory business across corporate strategy, capital markets and investor communications.
• Oversee development and delivery of advisory capabilities including equity narratives, investor engagement and events.
• Drive business development, client origination and expansion of existing relationships.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing advisory team and shape the firm’s strategic direction.
