Breakwater Capital Markets seeks a proven Head of Advisory to set strategy, accelerate growth, and lead delivery of our capital markets advisory business. You will counsel CEOs, CFOs, boards, and IR teams, shape investor messaging, and drive major engagements, including Investor Days, while building a distinctive practice.

You will lead a team, develop new capabilities, expand client relationships, and establish high standards of client service, execution, and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in capital markets advisory or related field.
• Proven track record advising CEOs, CFOs, boards, and senior executives on complex financial and strategic matters.
• Strong understanding of equity narratives, investor relations, and market dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the strategic direction of Breakwater Capital Markets’ advisory business to drive growth and differentiation.
• Oversee development of advisory capabilities across equity narratives, investor engagement, and market-facing events.
• Build and deepen senior client relationships and originate high-value engagements.
• Establish standards of excellence and execution in client service and strategy.
• Lead a high-performing advisory team and contribute to broader firm strategy.
