• Strong leadership, executive presence, and ability to originate and grow advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic direction of Breakwater Capital Markets’ advisory business.
• Develop and articulate a differentiated advisory value proposition and growth plan.
• Lead senior client engagements on equity narratives, investor communications, and market-facing events.
• Build and mentor a high-performing advisory team and oversee high-profile advisory mandates.
