Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field with substantive experience.
• At least three years of operational management experience, preferably in education.
• Knowledge of adult education concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all campus departments with oversight of operations.
• Set campus priorities aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure campus compliance with federal, state, and internal policies.
• Develop staff through hiring, training, coaching, and supervision.
• Meet operational objectives with sound, compliant practices.
• Monitor services to ensure quality educational experience.
• Prepare and review assessment data, reports, and deadlines.
• Communicate with local community to boost campus visibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
