Job summary

Carrington College is seeking a Campus President to lead the assigned campus(es) under the Vice President of Operations. This role drives quality, operational effectiveness, growth, and day-to-day campus operations with strong strategic leadership and business acumen.

The Campus President will develop initiatives to meet enrollment and graduation goals, manage campus profitability, and supervise admissions, academics, and student services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; accredited institutions only.
• 5+ years’ experience in career education.
• 2+ years’ experience in business operations, preferably with P&L responsibility.
• Experience analyzing data to drive growth and outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and teams in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic initiatives to meet student, employee, and business goals.
• Manages campus profitability and enrollment/graduate service targets.
• Guides academic leadership to achieve student and program outcomes.
• Oversees human resources, leadership, and performance evaluations at campus level.
• Ensures compliance with Carrington/SJVCi policies and regulatory mandates.
• Maintains safe, attractive campus facilities and forecasts resource needs.
