Job summary

Ancora Education seeks a President to serve as the senior campus leader responsible for all campus operations, ensuring ethical conduct, sound business practices, student success, and team development. The President oversees campus operations, compliance, and delivers quality services to students leading to successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership across departments, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and community engagement within a proprietary education environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field with accreditation, or an associate degree with substantive relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of operational/educational management experience.
• Knowledge of adult education concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all campus departments and ensure compliant, high-quality campus operations.
• Set campus priorities aligned with company strategy and implement actions.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state guidelines and internal policies.
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise staff to meet role requirements.
• Meet operational objectives and ensure quality educational experiences for students.
• Review assessment data, prepare reports, and meet deadlines.
• Represent and communicate with the local community to enhance campus visibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
