Job summary

Southeastern College is seeking a Campus President to lead operations, financial performance, and student success across the campus. You will build high-performing teams and strengthen the college's local presence while delivering growth and quality education.

In this role, you will oversee admissions, financial aid, academics, student services, and community partnerships, drive budgeting and strategic planning, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading campus operations in higher education.
• Ability to manage budgeting, profitability, and planning.
• Knowledge of accreditation, policies, and audits.
• Experience coaching and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily campus operations across key departments to ensure strong outcomes.
• Manage the campus budget, purchasing, and resource allocation.
• Oversee facilities, technology, supplies, and billing.
• Ensure compliance with college policies and accreditation requirements.
• Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
• Oversee payroll approvals and reporting to senior leadership.
• Monitor admissions, enrollment, and student success metrics.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships and advisory boards.
