This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to accreditation standards while driving community engagement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with substantive relative experience.
• At least three years of operational management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of and experience with adult education concepts, practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all campus departments and oversee compliant campus operations.
• Set campus priorities and align actions with the company strategy.
• Monitor campus compliance with federal, state, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure staff are trained, coached, and supervised to meet role requirements.
• Meet operational objectives with sound and compliant business practices.
• Ensure quality educational experiences across services for students.
• Conduct meetings, analyze assessment data, and meet deadlines.
• Engage with the local community to maximize campus visibility.
