Job summary

Ancora Education in Jacksonville, NC, is seeking a President for Miller-Motte campus to drive all campus operations, uphold values, ensure student success, and lead a team to deliver quality services.

The President will oversee compliance with federal and state regulations, set priorities, hire and develop staff, and communicate with the local community to elevate the campus presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field; substantive relative experience.
• At least three years of operational management experience in education.
• Knowledge of adult education concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Master’s degree preferred; campus/department management experience in education.
• Experience with CampusVue or similar academic admin software.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations and provide oversight to ensure compliant, quality services.
• Set campus priorities and align actions with company strategy.
• Ensure campus compliance with federal/state guidelines and internal policies.
• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and supervision of staff.
• Monitor services to deliver a high-quality educational experience.
• Communicate with local community to maximize campus visibility.
