Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field with substantive relative experience.
• At least three years of operational management experience in education.
• Knowledge of adult education concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all campus departments with oversight and leadership for compliant operations.
• Set campus priorities and align actions with company strategy.
• Ensure campus compliance with federal, state, and internal policies.
• Ensure staff have required knowledge through hiring, training, coaching, and supervision.
• Meet operational objectives while upholding sound business practices.
• Monitor services to ensure a quality educational experience for students.
• Conduct meetings, analyze assessment data, and meet deadlines.
• Engage with the local community to boost campus visibility.
