Job summary

Bullish is seeking a Director of AI Enablement to define the AI strategy for our business teams and own its execution. You will build the AI Enablement function from the ground up, recruit the initial team, and scale AI tooling with engineering.

You will map high-value use cases, ship AI solutions—from copilots to workflow automation—create a self-serve model with clear KPIs for adoption and ROI, and report progress to the CTO and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a product or technical background.
• Experience building and shipping AI solutions.
• Proficiency with AI workflow automation platforms and AI/ML tools.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows in a business context.
• Experience partnering with business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and executive influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI strategy for business teams and deliver its outcomes.
• Build, configure, and deploy AI workflows and tools.
• Drive a fast-moving program: prototype, validate, ship, and kill what doesn’t.
• Create a self-enablement model for business teams to adopt AI tools.
• Scale the AI Enablement function by recruiting and leading teams.
• Report progress and ROI to CTO, COO, and executives.
