Job summary

Plus Power seeks a Manager, AI Solutions & Analytics to operationalize AI, enable adoption, and scale AI workflows. You will lead enablement, governance, and the AI operating model across the BO&A team, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into practical AI-enabled workflows.

The role evolves toward scaled implementation, embedding AI into business processes while ensuring value realization and responsible use. Strong collaboration and data fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in economics, data science, computer science, business, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in analytics, BI, automation, technology or data‑focused role.
• Ability to synthesize and present complex data clearly.
• Experience building AI‑enabled workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of an AI operating model and responsible AI adoption.
• Design and support AI‑enabled workflows, copilots, and human‑in‑the‑loop processes.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize AI opportunities with strong business alignment.
• Measure adoption, impact, and value realization across the organization.
• Embed AI solutions into durable business processes and platforms.
