CVS Health seeks a Senior Technology Manager to lead the Finance Technology AI Enablement engineering team, delivering AI solutions across the enterprise. You will set strategic direction, mentor engineers, and partner with business leaders to drive end-to-end AI initiatives in a regulated environment.

This role emphasizes scalable architecture, DevOps practices, and governance to enable rapid, responsible AI adoption across diverse business domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years hands-on software development in cloud/distributed environments.
• Experience building AI/ML solutions incl. GPT/Gemini/Claude LLM models, Vertex AI, GenAI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and full-stack development, APIs.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with vector databases supporting AI/GenAI solutions.
• Experience with major cloud AI/ML platforms (Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Strong SQL, data analytics, and automation; DevOps practices and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing AI/ML engineering team.
• Set strategic technical direction and scalable architecture for AI enablement.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple AI initiatives across domains.
• Drive design and development of AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Advocate low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery.
• Enforce DevOps, CI/CD, and data governance in regulated environment.
• Act as trusted advisor on AI adoption strategy and use cases.
• Build cross-functional relationships across engineering, business, and governance.
