Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership in capital markets advisory.
• Proven track record advising CEOs, CFOs and boards.
• Deep understanding of public equity markets and investor behavior.
• Experience originating and growing advisory offerings.
• MBA/CFA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction and growth for advisory business.
• Lead development of equity narratives and investor communications.
• Manage senior client relationships and business development.
