Job summary

Rapid Medical is seeking a mid-level Territory Manager to own and grow the Chicagoland neurovascular market. This is a field-based role covering the Chicagoland area with travel within the territory; candidates must be based in the Chicagoland area.

You will partner with your Regional Manager and clinical support to drive adoption across accounts, manage revenue and quotas, and deliver strategic plans that exceed targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Five-plus years of medical device sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Establish a daily cadence of presence in your accounts through sales calls, case coverage, stroke call, and training and education
• Own the territory's revenue, quota, and account strategy; drive the sales process from plan to close and exceed targets
• Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
• Understand each account's needs and patient population, and identify opportunities to introduce Rapid Medical technology
• Strategically introduce new products, services, and enhancements, and position our technology against competitors
• Provide in-servicing and clinical information in and around procedure rooms and surgical suites
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, and resolve issues that arise post-sale
• Deliver territory business plans and forecasts during Quarterly Business Reviews
• Analyze sales and market data to execute the most effective strategies to attain quota
• Monitor competition, maintain vendor credentialing, and keep detailed records of activity, case coverage, orders, and lost business
