Rapid Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support territory strategy and clinical education in collaboration with the Territory Manager and Regional Manager. You’ll increase market share through case coverage, training, and ongoing account engagement.

The role fits radiologic technologists, cath lab and neuro IR staff bringing procedural expertise into a commercial setting, with multi-state travel 40-60%.

Qualifications

• Vascular experience and interventional radiology knowledge.
• Associate degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
• Ability to position products against competitors.
• Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills.
• Valid US driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to maintain vendor credentialing standards with hospital accounts.
• Radiologic Technologist with neurovascular experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish a daily cadence of presence in customer accounts through lab visits, case coverage, stroke call, and training and education.
• Provide in-servicing and clinical information to end users in procedure rooms and surgical suites.
• Communicate with customers to understand account needs and patient populations, and identify opportunities to introduce Rapid Medical technology.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, and resolve issues post-sale.
• Resolve customer questions by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Introduce customers to new products, services, and enhancements.
• Support market development efforts that increase the number of patients able to receive our treatment.
• Monitor competitive activity within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow professional and technical knowledge through training, workshops, publications, and professional societies.
