Job summary

Axon seeks a Senior Product Analytics professional to own cross-functional analytics across its product ecosystem. You’ll partner with product managers to define what to measure, build robust data models, and apply statistical methods to drive high-velocity, high-quality decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, experimentation, and extending analytics with AI agents. A hybrid Seattle-based schedule is expected with onsite Tue–Fri and remote Mon.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product analytics or related roles.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling required.
• Experience with user engagement metrics (activation, retention, adoption).
• Experience defining metric frameworks across teams.
• Experience with experimentation design, causal inference, forecasting.
• Familiarity with enterprise B2B go-to-market metrics.
• Ability to partner with product managers as a thought partner.
• Interest in AI/LLM agents for analytics and related data structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to define metrics and tracking requirements.
• Define and evolve shared metric definitions and semantic layer conventions.
• Build and maintain durable data models and applied analyses.
• Apply statistical methods to transform telemetry into business insights.
• Explore AI agents to perform analytics tasks and automate reporting.
• Ensure data quality standards, testing, and documentation.
• Act as analytical thought partner to shape product adoption strategies.
• Provide early-warning signals and surface risks.
