Job summary

The Virginia Distillery Company is seeking a Market Manager to lead our Midwest markets (Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, Minnesota). Based in Chicago, IL, this role reports to the VP of Sales East and travels roughly 80% to drive distribution, POS, and brand initiatives across Courage & Conviction, Pound & Penny, and KINDA.

You will build retailer relationships, execute sales plans, manage budgets, and use Karma and VIP CRM to track activity.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in wine/spirits sales in the Midwest.
• Chicago market experience preferred.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and email.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Midwest markets for Virginia Distillery Co. and Pound & Penny brands.
• Achieve monthly Scorecard goals and manage account visits.
• Travel ~80% across IL, MO, WI, MN.
• Develop distributor relationships and use CRM to report progress.
• Lead POS programs and coordinate with marketing.
