Job summary

TAG Reserve Spirits is seeking a Market Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead our portfolio across top on-premise and off-premise accounts. You will drive growth, visibility, and engagement for Bradshaw Bourbon, Campesino Rum, and Tribini Espresso Martini cocktails, shaping consumer experiences in a fast-paced market.

You will build relationships, execute brand initiatives, manage budgets, and collaborate with distributors to deliver measurable results while embracing our values of authenticity

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably alcohol beverage or consumer goods.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to 30%.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, tracking performance, and using digital tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary TAG Reserve Spirits contact for key On-Premise & Off-Premise accounts.
• Drive portfolio performance by executing monthly and quarterly sales programs.
• Increase brand visibility through POS materials and consumer sampling events.
• Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify growth opportunities using market trends and consumer insights.
• Manage budgets and track sales activity using mobile and desktop tools.
• Provide training and storytelling to stakeholders through trade education teams.
