A premium, high-growth cocktail brand is seeking a Market Manager to expand distribution across a designated territory. You will hunt new on- and off-premise business, with a strong retail focus, and cultivate distributor partnerships to extend the brand's sales efforts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in spirits sales, solid retail relationships, and a hunter mindset; ability to travel with a vehicle is required to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with spirits industry required.
• Experience partnering with distributors preferred.
• Strong retail account relationships prioritized.
• Independent, hunter mentality with strong organizational skills.
• Must have access to a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new on- & off-premise business across the designated territory, with a retail focus (70%+).
• Build relationships with distributor partners and educate them to be extensions of the brand's internal sales team.
• Track activity & performance via Karma, staying accountable to ACS & POD goals.
• Manage T&E budgets and track expenses, ensuring ROI.
