Eurest is seeking a Chef Manager for our Atlanta, GA operation. Lead culinary and food service operations, oversee inventory, purchasing, and menu development with an emphasis on local sourcing and sustainability. Grow a high-performing team in a dynamic contract dining setting.

The role requires strong HACCP knowledge, 3+ years of culinary management, and a track record in food cost controls, trends, and presentation.

Qualificações

Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
Working knowledge of HACCP.
Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
Experience with exposition cooking.
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local products.
Possesses a passion for sustainability.
