Qualifications

• Two years of culinary experience and previous catering experience are required.
• Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises hourly kitchen staff including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training and reviews.
• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Manages food use, waste and inventory; inspects product and supplies for quality and quantity.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils; keeps workstation clean.
