Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience and 4 years of food service experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
