You will train in scratch-based kitchens, learn station rotations, and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced culinary environment. You will work to support the team during peak and off-peak service, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to a culture focused on education, purpose, and taste.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes as a guide and taste buds for validation.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge and delivery/packout stations.
• Speak to guests about current menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to enhance their dining experience.
