The Press Club Grill in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Chef-In-Training to join a team-focused kitchen. You will learn hands-on culinary skills, follow recipes across multiple stations, and interact with guests to promote a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow DIG recipes for prep, mixing, and cooking vegetables, proteins, & grains.
• Gain exposure to kitchen stations: Garde Manger, Grill, Roast, Market line, Concierge, Delivery/Packout.
• Speak about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests.
• Support team during peak and off-peak service and be flexible across tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and sanitation per DIG guidelines.
