DIG INN Restaurant Teams is seeking a Chef-in-Training to join our DIG kitchens. Earn $16-$18/hour with additional $2-3/hour in tips and other benefits. You will learn to prep, cook, and work across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste as validation.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and delivery/packout stations.
• Explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests to create a scratch-made meal.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service and help where needed.
• Maintain DIG food safety standards and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
• Contribute to rebuilding the food system as part of a larger mission.
