Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the United States seeks a Chef de Cuisine to lead daily kitchen operations, uphold high standards of quality and presentation, and mentor the culinary team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

As part of our leadership team, you will oversee cost controls, collaborate with management to ensure exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to a warm, guest‑focused dining atmosphere that reflects the Kalahari Promise to Lead with Love.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership in a high‑volume setting.
• Experience with cost control, purchasing, and kitchen labor management.
• Broad knowledge of cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute a menu designed by Kalahari corporate.
• Oversee kitchen operations, cleanliness, consistency and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and mentor culinary staff from prep cooks to sous chefs.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure a seamless front‑and‑back‑of‑house experience.
