The role requires 3 years progressive culinary and 3 years management, with 2+ years in high-volume operations. You will oversee food safety, inventory, and cost controls while mentoring a passionate team.

Qualifications

• 3 years progressive culinary experience
• 3 years of management experience in a kitchen
• Experience with steakhouse cuisine is ideal

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume, dinner-only steakhouse kitchen
• Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation across all offerings
• Monitor food cost controls, portions, prep par levels, and waste management
• Conduct daily line checks to ensure stations are stocked and ready
• Uphold food safety standards and proper rotation and labeling
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen in compliance with health standards
