Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead daily kitchen operations, uphold premium food quality, and mentor a diverse culinary team. You will drive excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and memorable dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, creative menus, and a proven track record of cost control, scheduling, and staff development in a luxury hospitality setting.

Formación

• At least 5 years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume resort or restaurant.
• Broad knowledge of cuisines, cooking techniques, and culinary styles.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in cost control, purchasing, and kitchen labor management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Execute a menu designed for you by Kalahari corporate.
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness, consistency, and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and mentor culinary staff from prep cooks to sous chefs.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure a seamless front- and back-of-house experience.
