Harris Teeter Warrenton VA Store 329 is seeking a store leader for Murray’s Cheese Shop. You will deliver exceptional cheese education and interactive customer service, train staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and store standards.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, in-store events, and cross‑department collaboration to drive sales and reduce shrink. Strong leadership, communication, and a passion for cheese are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 2 year culinary degree or higher preferred
• Willing to taste cheese per company policy
• Experience in food retail or management is advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication skills
