Job summary

Harris Teeter MT PLEASANT SC is seeking a Murray’s Cheese Shop Manager to lead cheese counters, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in-store. You will drive merchandising, tastings, and events, while ensuring inventory control and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating cross-department collaborations, and meeting sales budgets while maintaining product knowledge and an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 year culinary degree or related experience.
• Experience in food retail management preferred.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Murray’s Cheese experience through customer service and education.
• Close collaboration with store leadership to drive sales and meet budgets.
• Place orders, manage inventory and weekly in-store events.
• Maintain staff knowledge of products and safety procedures.
• Adhere to health and sanitation procedures.
