Responsibilities

• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions about products.
• Gain knowledge of department products to respond to inquiries and make suggestions.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items and inform them of specials.
• Observe shift hours and ensure fresh, correctly portioned products.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and monitor expiration dates.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and store procedures, including proper temperatures and safety protocols.
