Proctor Loan Protector is seeking a Check Resolution Associate in the Lender Solutions department. The role involves tracking refund and returned checks for escrow and sorting checks for processing to ensure timely settlement for outsourcing clients.

The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and the ability to handle high-volume check processing with accuracy. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attendance and no prior disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, including formulas/macros.
• High school or some college preferred.
• Willingness to work holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Track incoming refund and returned checks for escrow.
• Sort checks for processing within Disbursements and Reconciliation Department.
• Mail checks to clients, carriers or borrowers.
• Perform additional research after checks are reviewed.
• Send daily production reports to management.
• Follow up on outstanding checks as needed.
