Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking an organized professional to stack and audit closing packages from settlement agents or borrowers. The role involves creating pending lists and coordinating with all parties to resolve outstanding audit items.

You will assist loan originators and broker reps to collect missing documents and conditions, then finalize loan disbursements and set up stage accounts.

Qualifications

• Organized, detail‑oriented individual able to produce a high volume of loan audits while working directly with MLOs, Escrow Agents, Titling and Tax Departments.
• Four‑year degree preferred. Escrow experience is a plus.
