Proctor Loan Protector is seeking a Check Resolution Associate in the Lender Solutions department. The role involves tracking refund and returned checks for escrow and sorting checks for processing to ensure timely settlement for outsourcing clients.

Summary: The Check Resolution Associate is responsible for tracking all incoming refund checks and returned checks for escrow for all outsourcing clients. Sorting checks for processing within the Disbursements and Reconciliation Department and mailing checks to the client, carrier or borrower. Performing additional research may be required after checks are reviewed. Sending daily production reports to management team.

Necessary on a Regular Basis: Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day. Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day. Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor. Sedentary position. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day. Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
