Qualifications

• Demonstrated customs brokerage experience with accounts and complex entry work.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with CargoWise and customs brokerage systems.
• Excellent communication with clients, government agencies and internal teams.
• Ability to manage documents, billing and file-management accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts with proactive issue resolution.
• Guide clients through complex documentation, costs, and regulatory issues.
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
• Build strong client relationships with professional communication.
• Manage entry work from receipt to release and billing.
• Support onboarding and coaching of junior staff.
• Maintain thorough account records for audits and regulatory needs.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service KPIs.
