JAT Energy is actively seeking a Territory Sales & Account Manager to manage an established book of business in the Chattanooga market and expand presence across the territory.

You will maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying, prospecting, and closing new business. The role emphasizes building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional service to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of outside sales or account management experience.
• A proven history of building relationships and generating new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and competitive.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred but not required (experience matters).

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer support.
• Prospect and develop new business throughout your territory.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and face-to-face prospecting.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM.
• Conduct customer meetings and presentations.

• Consistently achieve sales volume and margin goals.
