Job summary

Elite Coach is seeking a professional, team oriented and motivated person to join our charter sales team in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on inside telephone and internet sales, advising clients and managing relationships with tour companies, institutions and private groups.

You will calculate trip pricing, follow up on leads, and gather itinerary information for operations, with a Monday–Friday schedule, starting wage $26.00–$27.00 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years customer service, sales and follow-up experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to read maps and organize complicated itineraries.
• Basic math comprehension.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on transportation logistics and pricing for individual trips.
• Follow up on leads and gather trip itinerary information for operations.
• Manage inside telephone and internet sales with focus on client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with tour companies, institutions and private groups to reserve charter bus service.
