Job summary

Elite Coach is seeking a professional, team oriented and motivated person to join our charter sales team in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on inside telephone and internet sales, advising clients and managing relationships with tour companies, institutions and private groups.

You will calculate trip pricing, follow up on leads, and gather itinerary information for operations, with a Monday–Friday schedule, starting wage $26.00–$27.00 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years customer service, sales and follow-up experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to read maps and organize complicated itineraries.
• Basic math comprehension.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Elite Coach is seeking a professional, team oriented and motivated person to join our charter sales team.

Candidates must demonstrate that they are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and are able to successfully manage customer and business to business relationships.

This position works with a wide range of clients including tour companies, institutions, and private groups to reserve private charter bus service. The position involves advising clients on transportation logistics, calculating pricing for individual trips, following up on leads, and gathering trip itinerary information for operations.

This is a Full-time opportunity involving inside telephone and internet sales with a strong focus on client satisfaction. This position does not involve regular cold calling.

• A minimum of 3 -5 years customer service, sales and follow-up experience

Starting Salary Range: $26.00-$27.00/hr with additional team incentives possible after eligibility period.
