Job summary

Airshare in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Charter Sales Associate, an entry-level role with a defined path to Director of Charter Sales within 12–18 months. You will support all charter sales functions, learn retail and wholesale charter operations, and collaborate with teams to book trips and source lift aircraft.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and desire to work in a highly competitive sales environment.
• Must be open to travel and flexible schedules including non-normal hours, weekends and holidays.
• Able to multitask in high-stress situations with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all charter sales departments and shifts as assigned.
• Cover as On-Call backup for all charter departments.
• Manage trip bookings and trip sourcing as requested.
• Coordinate supplemental lift aircraft for Airshare’s fractional ownership fleet.
• On-call and flexible working schedules; shifts may cover all days of the week.
