Airshare is seeking a Sales Associate to support revenue goals through lead generation, outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, and phone-based selling. This on-site role operates from the CHQ in Overland Park, KS, with responsibilities spanning prospect engagement, CRM/documentation, and collaboration with VP Sales and Marketing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in aviation sales, CRM experience, and strong communication skills, with the flexibility for occasional travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of aviation sales experience.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify prospects, schedule meetings, coordinate handoffs, and document activity.
• Generate, research, enrich, and prioritize qualified leads through approved sources and outbound prospecting.
• Execute personalized prospecting cadences across phone, email, LinkedIn and sales tools with emphasis on phone-based selling.
• Respond to inbound and self-generated leads with consultative discovery to assess needs and fit.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Salesloft; monitor engagement and follow-ups.
• Build territory-specific prospect lists and support marketing with events and campaigns.
