Job summary

Global Charter Services, Inc. is seeking a junior Sales Representative to answer inbound calls, identify customer needs, generate leads, and convert them into quotes and booked trips. You will report to the Director of Customer Success and work with Sales and Customer Success teams in a startup-minded environment.

This entry-level role offers growth within transportation and charter services, with exposure to Zoho CRM and multiple brands under the GCS umbrella.

Qualifications

1+ years in customer service or sales (transportation/travel/hospitality).
Experience identifying customer needs and generating quotes.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho) and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Inbound call management and providing excellent customer service while gathering trip details.
Lead generation and qualification from inbound inquiries; input data into CRM and platforms.
Prepare and deliver quotes; follow up and convert quotes into bookings.
Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure a positive experience.
Utilize Zoho CRM and other platforms to manage leads and update records.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support trip management.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and follow CRM processes.
Assist National Account Executives in quote-to-close activities.
Assist Customer Success in quality control processes.
