Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate charter and trip information between Sales and Operations
• Review itineraries for accuracy and operational requirements
• Assist with charter bookings, scheduling details, and trip documentation
• Provide customer service and support to both departments
• Cross-train to provide backup support for Sales and Dispatch
• Follow up with customers and help identify future business opportunities
